- Vitello Tonnato (veal, tuna, capers, red onion, chives oil, radish)
- Roasted Veal with Potato Terrine (veal, potato, thyme, roast sauce, beetroot chips)

- Egg in a Cup (poached egg, egg white espuma, aromatized cruotns, crispy bacon)
- Roasted Pork with Homemade “Mlinci” and Spring Onion (confit pork, mlinci, spring onion oil, skin chips, horseradish sauce)

- Octopus Salad (octopus, capers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, tapioca chips)
- Seabass Fillet (seabass fillet, basil puree, capers sauce)
- Carrot Cake
